Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique and original nature of our artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once a purchase is completed, as each artwork is crafted individually with care and attention.
Damaged in Shipping
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order. To qualify for an exchange or store credit, please provide:
- Photos of the damage to both the artwork and the packaging.
- Proof of purchase.
Upon review, we will work with you to find the best solution. For damaged original artworks, we may offer:
- An exchange for another piece of equal or greater value, or
- Store credit toward a future purchase.
Please note that shipping costs for both the return and the exchanged artwork will be covered by the customer.
